4:55:22 PM Commissioner Skinner Finding that Mary Wilson is an intrical part of our CIP Committee and that she, we need her very much especially with the new people coming onto the committee and that she lives in West Yellowstone and would be very cumbersome for her to come here much less pay for her travel here and that West Yellowstone, I think we should promote them having people on committees and this is a very important committee. I would move to pay Mary Wilson up to $1,000 per year reimbursement for travel to CIP meetings.
